We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, there is a $75 cancellation fee.

There will be a patient screening done in the waiting room, regardless of vaccination status. Please wear a mask to your appointment. If you have any symptoms please call to reschedule your appointment.
